Hello! My name is Jamie, and I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2019. After moving around in the beauty industry, I finally discovered my true passion, full body waxing! I love making my clients feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. Cancellation Policy
The Wax Lounge understands that schedules sometimes change, therefore we ask that you please be courteous and give a 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Services cancelled on the day of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service price to the card on file. If you are running late, please call or text as soon as possible. However, if you are 10 or more minutes late to the scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged 50% of your total service.
The Wax Lounge requires a deposit for new clients. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or are a no-show, then this deposit is not refundable.
